Great service and food. They great you as you come in and being that it was my first time I didn't feel rushed to order. The young lady explained things to me to help me with my order. The food was amazing and fresh so good I didn't even take pictureslol.I know for sure we will be coming back many more times. My son's favorite part was all the hot sauce options he was in heaven! The atmosphere was great and I love the painted ceiling tiles so unique.
Truly enjoyed the food here. Well cooked meat, well-prepared and flavorful burritos. The customer service also caught my attention, as soon as my roommate and I entered, the staff welcomed us and offered to take our orders so as to split up the line of people waiting, and kept checking in often, but not too often so as to be intrusive.
I was a big fan of the personal flair the area had, such as the ceiling paintings and wall murals. Should've taken pictures, will definitely update next time. You can also purchase bottles of the custom sauces at the hot bar. Jason's Mom's sauce with the brown sugar is a great choice.
They changed the menu a good bit, but I still love coming here on vacation. The music is way too loud and you have to shout to talk sometimes, but the food is always delicious and they don't skimp on portions! My kids ACTUALLY ATE the food! Big win!
Have been here several times and each time it's a better experience. Reasonable prices, great atmosphere, friendly and fast service and the food... delicious!! I tried their double stuffed Tacos for the first time yesterday. Hands down the very best Tacos I've had in the past 10 years. It's an order of two, however, you'll only see one in the picture. I took that first bite and couldn't put it down. Keep up the great work!
I usually feel like "tex-mex" lands like a Wonderbread and Oscar Mayer bologna version of Mexican food. TJ Flats surprised me. Not bad at all, good in fact. Way better than Shitpotle (sorry chipotle fans). The chips and salsa are especially good. I had a beef burrito. I'll be trying other menu items for sure.
Always good, consistent, food. Friendly, attentive, staff. Clean store. Wish they hadn't gotten rid of their more Mexican flavored hot sauces.
A+ customer service. We stopped by on our way from Charleston SC. I've missed Tijuana Flats so much, as we have no locations in our area. The staff took care of us, going above and beyond when I wanted to buy some hot sauces that weren't in supply. This team of women killed it in the customer service department! My family loved our food so much and it went above and beyond our expectations. I've missed this food so much, so thank you for delivering quality food and customer service from every lady there!
Mexican food made fresh and fast! I was impressed with the customer service and friendly staff at this establishment. The chicken tinga chimichanga is a great choice and tasted absolutely delicious. They have a hot sauce bar with a variety of unique sauces to choose from to spice up your meal! For the price and options available, this a great choice for a quick lunch!
