Love this place, the food is excellent and fresh. All of the employees are great! The manager Sergio and all of the employees are a great asset to this company. Great customer service and manners. I was told about this place and since I first tried if, I've been coming ever since and will continue to come.

This was my first time there and I have to say I was impressed with the level of service and quality of food. The staff was very friendly and the subs were a good size and loaded with meat. Will definitely recommend to others and will definitely be going back.
Firehouse has great food at all their locations, what separates this location is the friendliness of the staff. You can always expect a warm welcome, friendly interactions, and a manager or staff member to check in on you throughout meal. Sadly we don't receive the same level of service at carrollwood location.
Best firehouse ever! Fridays wouldn't be the same without their lovely staff ;)
My husband and I love this location, they are super nice! Definitely worth going for a quick bite or to take your time. It's usually quiet when we go there making it a nice spot for conversations.
I don't tend to stay long after finishing my mean though :P
Brian is an amazing customer service representative. He is very professional, friendly, and helpful. I would be proud to have him working for my company. Nicely decorated and clean. Staff is personable and professional. Received my large order within 10 minutes. That was with a line of people in front of us. Food is tasty. LOVE the bread! Will revisit this establishment. If your looking for a refreshing meal that is light and wonderful, i recommend this establishment for those that enjoy delicious sub sandwiches, wonderful salad, tasty soup, and AMAZING chili! Parking can be scarce, depending on the time of day of ones visit!
