This is literally milk…. You can clearly see what I ordered was an iced caramel craze, and that is not what I got. If I wanted milk I would have ordered milk…. This is the 2nd day in a row that either something was missing or wasn’t right. This is ridiculous and whoever made this needs to be retrain
Donuts should be simple and bare minimum effort needs to be given and yet this place makes packaged donuts at the crappiest gas station look appealing. This is the third time this year where my kids asked for dunkin and what we got was dunked on with paltry service and food.

The West Allis Dunkin’ is probably the best location for speed, quality, reliability, and friendliness of staff of Dunkin’s in Southeast WI. Glad they have glazed Stick donuts, but wish they had the Cheddar Bagel Twist! Better consistency on adding enough espresso on the macchiato would also be nice
Ran in for a dozen donuts early in the morning. Store was clean and staffed properly. Was greeted nicely as well. They had a nice selection to choose from too.
Wrong items, weird plastic flavor on way under cooked sandwich and gross coffee. Americano was just shocked coffee over ice. Waste of money.

At least they have people inside and they drive thru unlike a lot of restaurants that are quick service. I'm sick of drive thru. Good job.
Stop in for a ice coffee drink. The location drive-thru was little confusing, but the service was great.
