"Hi, I just wanted to say you guys are AWESOME! First off... pretzels are amazing and yours are the BEST, the flavors are delicious, love the variety, and I can always count on a joyful snack! Also your drinks are so underrated, the frost delicious, the lemonade fabulous, the frozen lemonade... the GREATEST drink I’ve ever had. Plus the flavor options are all spectacular. My personal store (inside the Walmart in West Bend, WI) is run by the most amazing man in the history of customer service. He is truly the best part of my day every time I visit. On a company level every time I’ve needed to contact you or have a question the customer service is top notch and so pleasant! Also, your rewards program is so good! I truly couldn’t believe that I can earn a free Auntie Anne’s pretzel! I mean are you serious?!?!??!? I might as well have won the lottery. On top of an amazing product and wonderful customer service, I love your logo and your branding, you guys just seem fun! I know this was a little scrambled and probably longer than the preferred character length, but I just wanted to say thank you for existing because you’re fabulous and wanted to let you that you’re doing a great job, so high five! "

Awesome services by a lady with superb deals and offers. Great pretzels. I love this store because it is located in the wall-mart. I always advice to visit this store once for numerous deals on each products.

I'm going to assume it's a husband and wife at this location(sorry if not.) They are seriously so sweet. So cool how the location in in a walmart !
