It's never empty but never too crowded either. They have clean bathrooms! VERY friendly staff! Offered to be my drink over to my seat. <3

I normally would give this Starbucks 5 stars, but the construction on Orchard lake makes it very difficult to get in & out of the area. The store itself is great! Excellent service and very good coffee drinks &snacks.
This is one of the better locations in the region. Likely to see a Who's Who of wealthy residents from around the immediate area. One improvement might be to somehow encourage people to wait for their drinks without blocking the path to the restrooms, but it's a bit of a tight space compared to a lot of other locations.
