Despite how busy this location gets around closing (7:30-8pm) the manager does a great job of ensuring everyone has their order fulfilled. I have yet to see a manager as Hard working, ran out of brown rice and she ran and made some infront of us, 15 min before closing.

Update to my previous review: placed an online order on 4/15/21. As others have mentioned, the order was not ready for 45 minutes after the order time. My overall pick-up experience was frustrating. Not only did they forget my side guacamole, but they also missed a lot of the toppings of my burrito. Not being able to physically talk to someone when I called was also frustrating. I appreciate their automated system attempting to make it right.

How do you close at 4 on a week day. Do yourself a favor and go to Beyond juice next door they have a better chicken sandwich anyways. At least they are open and fully staffed.

Over a half hour wait for an online order. Entitled and very rude staff. No one apologized for the our wait and our order was wrong. Corporate needs to come and train these people or fire them.

They are not open till 10PM. Placed a pickup order for 7pm and drove out of my way to find out that the location was completely closed. There were other people confused ab the hours too since they also thought they were open. I wasted my time and money. I understand that theres a lot of understaffin

This place is falling off fast!!! After 4/5pm they never have any chicken and guacamole. Food is everywhere on the counter top, mixed in with other toppings and the wait is ridiculous smh
