First and foremost, our waiter was awesome. He was knowledgeable of the menu and served quickly and didn't forget we were there. Burgers were great, and fries were perfectly cooked. Restaurant was clean as well as the restrooms. We will be returning customers.

Red Robin in West Chester offers a delightful dining experience for burger enthusiasts. Their extensive selection of burgers caters to various tastes, from classic cheeseburgers to unique creations with avocado and fried eggs. The quality of their juicy patties is top-notch, leaving a lasting impression. Accompanying the burgers, their sides, such as the perfectly seasoned steak fries and indulgent Tower Onion Rings, complement the meal beautifully. The restaurant's inviting atmosphere provides a relaxed setting to enjoy a meal with friends, and the attentive staff ensures a pleasant dining experience. With reasonable prices for generous portions, Red Robin is a fantastic choice for those seeking a satisfying burger experience in West Chester.

Pretty nice place...rather bar-ish inside. My first time going to Red Robin, so I wasn't exactly sure what to expect. We went for lunch and it took a while to get our food. Our waitress was good, but not very personable. Food was really yummy! I had their BBQ chicken wrap and French fries.

The food was fresh & hot. We love the garlic fries. Our server was right on top of getting refills of both drinks and fries.
Edit: I took my daughter out for lunch, and having a great server makes a huge difference! Today, we had Kelvin, and service would rate a 2 star. For $3 a pop, I think keeping our cups full is expected. Also, he walked past us numerous times without asking if we wanted a garlic fry refill. He gave us our check when we were still eating and wanted drink refills. He took the check back. The second time he dropped it off we were wanting a garlic fry refill. He again picked it up. They were not busy at all, so that wasn't it. I wish I could remember the other servers name, he gets đź‘Ź!

Had a large party (9). Orders were correct for the party. Got refills of fries readily. Two minor demerits were my original side of broccoli was not warm (refill was good and warm) and having to deal with the table top computer to pay. Then the server had to print out my receipt.

Been here a few times and to some degree it isn't a bad restaurant. The food tends to be decent and most of the employees are friendly, but my opinion is that Red Robin has gone downhill. That is Red Robin in general! Still would recommend.

One of our favorites! We keep coming back time and time again. Lots of options for just about any palette - love their sandwiches and salads. Healthier options and substitutions available as well, suitable for vegetarians or diabetics. Highly recommend!

Extremely friendly and helpful hostess who quoted me a shirt wait (which was absolutely fine) but then went ahead and found immediate seating for us anyway. Definitely played a part in us making it to our movie on time. Excellent customer service!

the food was really good but the took the wonderful gluten free soups off the menu. Disappointing. But they worked very hard to get us great food. We'll be back.

The reception at the hostess stand was disorganized with two of the staff there ignoring customers and complaining about other customers. A third employee (possibly a manager) was doing all the work.
Our waiter was great as were the drinks he brought.
Our burgers were cooked well but the guacamole on one burger was very skimpy (not even a tablespoon). Also, the garlic fries had so much oil on them that the bottom bun on my burger was saturated with it.
This was one of my favorite restaurants but this experience was "meh". I'll be back but a little less enthusiastic than I have been in the past.

Great experience. Waitress (kara) was amazing, one of the best I have ever experienced. Very attentive and kind. Will come back. After this experience red robin is my favorite fast food restaurant

I enjoyed lunch here today. Rachel was my server and she really went above to make me happy. I wanted the burger with the egg on it but I thought it was over medium but she told me it sunny side up which I wasn't going to like that, so as my family ordered she came back to me and told me she would have the kitchen do it that way and it was done perfectly. So if you get a chance request Rachel. The food and surroundings were great:) Thanks Red Robin!!

Food was pretty good. Bathrooms were very clean. Service was a little slow but nothing to deter me from coming again. My favorite part was the prach milkshake. Was very good even made with real peaches!

Don’t make it out here much, but when I do I always walk away pleased.
Today I was out and about and wanted a good hamburger. Red Robin was it. The Fiery Ghost Tavern Double caught my eye as I was paging through the menu.
I looked past the calorie count; as let’s face it, I don’t care.
Cooked to perfection and had just enough heat. I only went for one severing of the bottomless fries as I didn’t want to over do it.
It’s busy out here during lunch hour on weekdays, but our friendly waitress did a great job staying on top of things.
Great lunch spot to tryout if you have never been.
A well decorated establishment. They have a pretty amazing black bean burger. Combine it with some chocolate shake and onion rings (like a tower) and you are all set.

Ambience: A well decorated place. They have touch screen devices on every table if you would like to order the food yourself and pay by yourself too.
Service: The staff is super friendly. Although I visited on a Tuesday evening, it took me 5 minutes to get a table. So, yes this is a popular place. I ordered herbed garlic fries along with my food, but I got served regular fries. I pointed out that there was no garlic or herb on the fries, they got me fresh ones in 5 minutes.
Food: The Marco Pollo, Sweet Potato Fries and Herbed Garlic Fries was my order. Marco Pollo was good, the spices were good, and the bacon was amazing. The Herbed Garlic Fries were a bit too salty, but the herbs and garlic really made the fries flavourful. The sweet potato fries were almost meh.

Overall: The restaurant was crowded which is probably why they couldn't give their best shot at every dish. But it's worth a visit if you want to try the variety of burgers they offer.

My friends and I stopped there after seeing the Star Wars clothes at Union station. Waitress was gone, but both mine and my friends burger was red inside, well hers was pink, my was red. We told waitress and she offered new burgers, we told her no but please tell cooks to cook them longer , we ordered them with no pink inside. Today I have spent most of the day in the restroom due to food poisoning. I missed a friends wedding due to being ill. Please ask the cooks to cook burgers later .

Good food but loud atmosphere. Red Robin (I'm told) is known for their burgers, and the burger I ordered was excellent. The average lunch entree price was 9.99, although there is a special "Red Robin double for smaller appetites" for 6.99, which included a burger and enough fries to fill up my pretty-good-appetite. :) Beverages seemed pricey at $3.99, but the waitress refilled my drink all through lunch without waiting for me to flag her down--even though she was clearly quite busy. The one reservation I had was how loud the place was. I had difficulty hearing a conversation with the person sitting across from me. I was there on a Sunday afternoon, and the restaurant was packed. As a previous reviewer stated, the place was swarming with small children--which is okay with me, but likely added to the noise level. The prices are higher than what I usually want to pay for a burger, but both the food and service were good so I'd come back for an occasional treat--but hopefully when it's less crowded.

Atmosphere: loud and annoying
Food: weird and mushy. I was sad that it was inside me after eating it.
Verdict: avoid it like I try to avoid children.

Ordered a burger that was on special. It included bacon, lettuce, mushrooms and grilled onions. I don't like mushrooms..... So I asked for it without and was told if you don't get it the easy we advertise it we will charge $4 more because then its not the way it was advertised. REALLY!!!!!!! I couldn't beleive it. When the manager finally came he restate the same thing. So I got it the way it was advertised and scraped the stupid mushrooms off. The burger was worth what I paid. Very flavorful and perfectly cooked. But would have been overpriced at $10.

More than just Burgers!. Lunch Jan 19
Great lunch....ordered the lunch combo for $9.99.
BBQ Chicken Wrap and Cup of Potato Soup. Great tasting combo, very flavorful, not too much, but enough for lunch.
Sat at bar, got in and out in way less than 30 minutes.
This is not just a burger joint folks!

Over rated & over priced. During one of the last snow storms, I was craving a cheeseburger. A friend & I decided to go to Red Roin at the Streets of West Chester. $10 for a basic cheeseburger is ridiculous and it wasn't all that great. Should ave gone up 2 exits to 5 Guys. Not the same atmosphere & no table service but a great product at reasonable prices.

Grass roots tavern:

I spent a lot of time in the "Original Red Robin, this of course is not in any sense of the word close to what was, this is now just another fast food chain, had high hopes for a taste of Seattle, asked the bartender the history of the chain he had no clue.

I may go back... But there are dons you better up and coming burger places to experience.
A coin flip.

Ok Dinner. Our meal was ok. We had specialty burgers of course, I thought it was expensive for what we ordered. We could've went to a nicer restaurant for what we paid.

I wasn't impressed with the service and cleanliness of the restaurant. The front waiting area is gross and looks like it needed disinfecting.

I won't be back, I rather go to any steak house and get a burger.

THE BEST OF RED ROBIN. THIS IS A WONDERFUL FAMILY RESTAURANT, THAT HAS A VARITY OF FOODS, ALL WHICH ARE GREAT. THEY ARE ALSO AFFORDABLE, SO YOU DON'T FEEL GUILTY GOING OUT TO EAT.

Red Robin. Who could ask for more? Kid friendly, free refills of beverages and their fabulous fries, rapid service and a tasteful product. Hands down one of my families favorite places to dine. For those of you who haven't tried it, you are missing out:)

I love Red Robin - it's consistently a good burger. The only downside is that it's LOUD. Like - REALLY REALLY LOUD. So if you have obnoxious friends - go there - nobody will notice. That said - the turkey burger is my favorite and those fries! Yum!
VeggieOption
As a childless couple my husband and I don’t really fit the Red Robin demographic, but we found ourselves celebrating a birthday there recently with family and I am happy to note that the restaurant chain offers several meat-free options for vegetarians.
