Was not very busy at the time we went... Seated right away!! Service was friendly, appreciated their patience while we looked over the menu...(it took us awhile. We eat here occasionally and always have a nice dinner. The restaurant is nicely decorated and the staff are friendly and attentive. We shared a large pitcher of house margaritas while enjoying the warm chips and salsa. I ordered the Jalisco Special with chicken and it was served still sizzling and
The waitress Miriam was extremely pleasant and helpful in deciding what to order for lunch. She recommended the #17 Steak Burrito. It was absolutely delicious! Such a fun atmosphere and great food. I can’t wait to come back!
I ordered, Pollo Loco, chicken so soft in cheese sauce and great combined with rice and vegetables. Never liked zucchini, but here even zucchini taste good.
Super excellent Mexican. I am really impressed with this place. I usually prefer purely authentic Mexican food but El Rancho Nuevo has a combination of authentic and more American influenced food.
Their freshly made chips are absolutely delicious, and we found their margaritas to be super great.

Very nice restaurant and the food was good. The bathrooms are awesome. Our server was very nice and the manager came over and checked on us.
Service was fast, food was good. The chicken fajitas was missing a little bit of juice. The beef burrito was good.

I stop in here a few times a year when I am traveling home to Michigan from my business trips in Florida. The food is always fabulous and the service is great. Our waitress was very attentive and cleared our table as soon as we pushed our plates aside. The host, Miguel, aka Mikey was so friendly
