My first time there, my order got switched by mistake. I made it all the way home and then realized. They remade my sandwich when I came back so I had a fresh one without me having to ask. They gave me a fresh drink and a free cookie upon request for my trouble. The meatball sandwich was okay. Iโve tried the chicken club since then and it was really good so I would recommend that.

Potentially Great, But Customer Service Falls Short
I recently dined at this establishment and found it to have great potential. The menu offers a variety of appealing options, including the broccoli cheddar soup and meditation sandwich, which were both highlights. The garden salad and chicken salad melt also pleased my taste buds, reflecting a commendable culinary effort.
However, where this place falls considerably short is in the realm of customer interaction. It's evident that there's a lack of an effective order tracking system. This deficiency could become a significant issue during peak hours or busy weekends.
The absence of a ticket system left orders disorganized. It's frustrating to place an order, see cold toppings added, receive your food, and then be asked what you ordered. As a customer, I shouldn't have to reiterate my order; it should be known once I've placed it. A basic ticket system at the order counter could rectify this issue, sending orders seamlessly to the point of sale.
In summary, the food has great potential, but the shortcomings in customer interaction are a notable drawback. Implementing a simple ticket system could greatly enhance the dining experience and make it more business-savvy.
I've come in every day this week for dinner on my company travel. I don't have this place back home and thought I'd give it a try, and I am so glad I did. I know it's just a sandwich shop, but the staff has been super welcoming, patient (I have never seen their menu), fast to put everything together, and the food tastes amazing. I've tried a different sandwich every day, and I haven't had anything that I didn't like. I hope you guys keep up the great work, and thanks for adding some comfort and consistency to my work trip!!
Great sammich! Kayla made my day when she saw my stickers and offered up some cool Potbelly stickers for my laptop. Food was great and service personalized what more can you ask for.
It's a wonderful place for a sandwich. Please give them a chance to make a perfect sandwich, with EXACTLY what you want on it! I don't think that you will regret your decision!

Love the Mediterranean Chicken. Never disappointed. Sooooooo good! Restaurant was warm on this cold day. Chicken was tender and moist. The humus was so delicious. The artichoke tasted and looked fresh. Fresh cucumbers, tomatoes were so tasty. The bread was soft but crunchy. And I love the app!!
This team is KILLING it. They don't just wait for your sandwich to get done cooking before they take down your toppings and stuff. They get you out of the line asap. Outstanding drive.
I have been to this location a few times and itโs been a good experience each time. The sandwiches are good and the service is too.
My wife and I both agree the taste is lacking. There is just something about the overall flavor that leaves something to be desired. We've visited twice and each outcome was the same. The service was amazing and quick. The place seemed clean. They have a drive thru which is convenient. Lastly, the selection of bottled soda is pretty cool.

Very similar to subway with higher quality ingredients, bread, but a lot less options. Love the interior of the building and vibe.
We ordered a couple sandwiches. One had cheese the other did not. When we got our sandwiches, it looked like neither had cheese. We told the man at the register who was making the sandwiches. He let us keep both sandwiches, made us a new sandwich with cheese, and gave us a free cookie. We later found out that the original one did have cheese. When I went to return the sandwich and cookie he was understanding of our mistake, polite and professional. He let us keep everything. I don't know his name, but on 5/19/2022 around 6:00pm he was working the register and making sandwiches. Great service.
Been wanting to check this place out for awhile now, and finally got around to it. By far the best sandwich place around. Portions were great, everything was fresh, and the customer service is on point. Definitely recommend it.
I have found my new favorite sandwich. Turkey & Swiss. I add Mayo and Avocado. Simple & Potbelly does it right!!
Where I come from we have maybe one good place to eat if your craving gourmet sandwiches....... This particular restaurant is by far the best I've ever had!!! The food menu is very old-fashion an classy!!! The staff treat you like family as long as you shown the same kind of common courtesy. There's just so many reasons why it's one of my faves now an yet I've only eaten here 4 times in the last 2 weeks. Thank you so much Potbelly for the delicious meal!!! ๐๐๐๐๐๐
