This is fast food Chinese. Not some fancy sit in place. But for ff Chinese, it's very good. And I'm super picky. I've had some really bad ff Chinese. The staff is always nice. They even remember me when I come in. They even easily accommodate irritating people like me who modify something. They are always busy with orders so they're doing something right. The person who gave them 2 star b/c you didn't get a fork?? I've never gotten a fork when I carried out. They will give you one if you ask no problem. The bad reviews are not warranted.

My family has been ordering here for 13 years and now that I’m in college I’m sad I can’t order it since it’s far from me. But anytime I come home I look forward to ordering from here since the food is always scrumptious and so so good. It’s always hot and never have to wait long for it. I was shocked when I saw the reviews but after looking through them I see 99% of the low reviews are because they ordered through doordash or ubereats. I’ve heard from other restaurants that they prefer people order to pick up since it’s easier that way and the apps can be confusing. Since it’s so easy to just call to order I recommend everyone to just call instead!! I’m sure getting the food is much faster too. Never had more than 30 min. wait (usually always 5-20). Anyways food is great order from here. Period💅🏽
I placed a delivery order through Grubhub. I thought I was ordering from a different restaurant. Once I discovered that I had ordered from here, I decided to give them a try.
I'm glad that I let the order come. This was the best Chinese food that I have ate in a long time. I will definitely be ordering from here again very soon.
We’ve ordered food from here via delivery several times and we always enjoy it! It’s quick, hot, and reasonably priced. I particularly love the chicken lo mein.
Very satisfied with this place! The food is always hot and fresh and the Rangoon is absolutely delicious. I love this place so much that I come all the way from the west side of Hamilton to get takeout from them.
Food is always good, hot and ready when you pick it up. The best Asian take-outs and New China around. There General Tso's Chicken is really good, saucy and flavorful, would recommend this with their egg rolls and crabragoons, yum!
Always pretty good never terrible. Great steamed dumplings and the combo platters with a protein fried rice and egg roll are great value. This is my go to place.
In MY opinion, this is the best Chinese takeout in Cincinnati. I’ve tried about 20 other restaurants, and none of them even come close to New China. Kenny (the owner) & all of his employees are super friendly, and their pork fried rice is UNBEATABLE.
My husband & I literally drive half an hour to this place since we moved.
