Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - West Chester

This gas station Popeyes is a hidden gem. I was served one of the best Popeyes chicken sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. Food was piping hot and excellent. I do miss when they used to serve fries in the small bags, because more fries were in the bag.

The restaurant was extremely clean. We just happened to STOP by while in between the rush of lunch and dinner. The chicken was moist and juicy. My sister had the popcorn shrimp basket and she found it pretty tasty. Bathroom was clean and tidy. Service was good.

They are very understaffed, but I'm still giving 5 stars because the manager was so chill and understanding. Good food, even got a discount for the long wait.

Generally been a KFC person all my life, at least for fast food fried chicken, I have to say Popeyes I think has better batter but without the pressure frying their seasoning doesn't penetrate as well, leads to delicious wings thighs and legs but their breasts are more dry on the inside than KFC, I

Great food and service is ok. Seems to have alot of issues getting orders correct. Make sure you check your bag :-) UPDATE they are doing a heck of a job, food got and delicious. Orders are correct and staff is very friendly. Went from 3 stars to 5! Great job staff!

Love Popeyes! Love the food and service! They did lose our order but made it right by giving our money back and still guving us what we had irdeed! We really appreciated it as we had driven from Northern Indiana to take our son to the Cincinatti Childrens Hospital. We were time and on a tight schedu

Been here couple times . They have hot and fresh chicken every time i ordered .reason about why i gave 4 stars is i've seen there were so many chicken feather on skin of breast.

I've loved Popeye's way before the chicken sandwich hype. Grab spicy, full bone in pieces or tenders. Fries and red beans/rice are excellent. Blackened Ranch is clutch.

I love Popeyes but I hate how they never give you sauce or napkins unless you ask at the window. I always want honey with my biscuits, why do I have to beg for a packet per biscuit I buy? Give me a handful of honey and let's get on with it lol

I love the chicken strips blackened, but sometimes like last time I went there they were a little too blackened I was able to eat those, I do like a little spicy, but most of the time they cooked right, so if you want to try blackened tender need to remind them to put the right amount of spice.

Love, love, love the mashed potatoes and gravy with fantastic biscuits!!! Everyone was friendly, especially Mary ! She has a contagious fun spirit!!!
