You don’t often equate great service with McDonald’s, but tonight was an exception. After a trip to the Cincinnati Zoo for the Festival of Lights, we headed back north. We stopped at this McDonald’s for a late dinner. John took our order and thanked us for coming in. He was very friendly and made us feel welcome to be dining in. Food was brought out hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean and inviting. Again, not often you equate great service at a McDonald’s, but tonight the Union Centre location was the exception.
I’ve always tried the drive-thru at this McDonald’s. The fries are hot and crispy.. just right. The spicy chicken sandwich is awesome. Staff is friendly and super fast. I recommend this place.
I like the bagels when they are on a special price. But I had regular breakfast sandwich. They were good and druve thru foods pretty good to.

Fries were old and cold, but the bacon & ranch chicken deluxe sandwich was very good! I was at the order box for quite awhile before anyone finally acknowledged I was there... And I was the only car in line, and it was 2+ hours before closing... The young lady who took my order was very polite and upbeat. The ladies working the food window were just as positive and friendly. Overall was a decent and positive enough experience.
Since my last visit, this location has stepped up it's game Big time! More smiles, eye contact, and overall the food looks and taste great.
Myron showed amazing customer service when I came to your location. Came out and talked to me while I sat in the rain and offered to get me some food and was very kind and courteous. He showed great character and kindness definitely coming back to this location if it has more employees like Myron
