Ordered 2 pizzas, breadsticks, and a cookie. Order took an hour to arrive, and was cold. One pizza I ordered had 3 toppings, (pepperoni, beef, bacon) one pizza I ordered was just cheese. When they arrived, both were cheese pizzas. I understand we are in a worker shortage. And communication was pretty good. But it was super cold. Not even lukewarm. and the order was wrong.

I want to start by saying the young man at the store was great! Otherwise, this was a Pizza Hut debacle!
Call center took the order and provided a 30 minute wait time. I entered the store and the monitor had my order prep time at 6:12pm. At around 6:20pm the sole worker in the store took a girl's order that was supposed to to done an hour before. Every customer at the store felt terrible for this young man that was actually trying his heart out.
He said he was trying to get in touch with the manager so he could quit...I told him to hold on because very soon he would be the manager.

Appreciate the manager. We got forwarded to a call center that couldn't do a dual payment with gift card and credit card. She wiped our gift card and passed us on to the store who couldn't get it back. The manager worked with us. It was a busy Sunday and I'm sure they were understaffed. The delivery took a little bit but wasn't overly long. The pizzas could have used a little longer in the oven but we appreciate this location for doing pretty good by us.

Food was not ready when their app said it was. I called 7 minutes after their app said it was ready to be told they were waiting for the wings to be ready. It took an additional 12 minutes for it to be "ready", and then all food was cold when we received it and the pizza tasted old. I contacted the corporate customer service center, just so they could refer me back to the store three days later with the message that the store would reply within three additional business days. It's almost a week after that message, and I still haven't heard from anyone. Domino's here we come from now on!

Ordered online and it said 75-80 minutes. after 90 minutes the pizza still had no status change so I drove in. This is the second time this happened, and the first time, there was no one at the store. When I drove in, our pizza was there sitting under a heat lamp and the guy at the store said there was a Grubhub mix up. So he checked me out and I took my pizza home. 4.5 hours after my initial order, I got a notice saying that my pizza was out for delivery but it never came. And it looks like I have been charged twice, once for the pickup and once for the original delivery I ordered. As this is the second time something like this happened I will never order from this Pizza Hut again. Now I have to try and get my money back for the delivery. No offense to the employees there, as they were doing their best. But this store has major issues.

I had ordered pizza and cheese bread for pickup. I had to wait for more than half an hour after it showed that my order is ready, because they messed up my order twice. They arrogantly told me that $20 is credited to my account for this. Guess what? It's not added, they lied to me.

Clearly the 2 employees were not enough for a Saturday night, they tried their best but the orders were rushed and haphazardly prepared, most of the toppings didn't find their way onto the pizza. Orders were lost, the wait time was too long. Again not the fault of the two employees that showed up and were actually working, but the bottom line is still the same and that is the experience was negative and I can not recommend this location nor will I return in the near future.

We will never order here again. Our order was over 25 minutes late. The clerk told us the pizza was not ready so we waited with 2 kids in the lobby. After 20 minutes of waiting we asked for the status of our pizza. The clerk looked in the warmer and it had been there the whole time. Did not ever get an apology!!!! We understand mistakes happen but horrible customer service is never okay. We will never visit this location again and we will make sure our friends and family do not either.
