LBM is our new favorite place with its lovely decor and fantastic menu! Catherine is as kind as she is talented and has given a special gift to West Chester...now our daughter says she wants to be a baker when she grows up . You will cherish the almond croissant --a light layered piece of heaven.

Authentic and exceptional bread and pâtisseries, says this reviewer who bakes and who studied and travelled in France. Oh... and the homemade jams are close-you-eyes-and-savor delicious! Catherine is an excellent ambassador of bread as well as of the food culture of France.

We love the many cafe's we have visited in our area but the truth is, when you want the very best in French Pastry, Incredible Cappuccino, and home town ambience, this is the only place you can come. It really is that simple!!

I took the sourdough starter class at La Baguette Magique and it was a wonderful experience. Bread making is a new experience for me and I'm excited to use the starter I produced in the class. Merci beaucoup!

Best baguette that we've eaten in the USA. Authentic French artisan baking. You know that what you're eating is made with the best ingredients that can be found.

I love a simple white bread. They recommended two so I took them home and ate them, as if I had not eaten in two days. This place is as fine as any American bakery I have plundered from San Francisco to Sante Fe to Philadelphia or New York. And combines the impossible in France, the bread of a boulangerie and the crust of a patiserie

Wow! What a treasure :) My husband and I had lunch here on Saturday. The quiche was sublime and the almond croissant out of this world.

Ahhhh, an authentic French bakery right here in West Chester!!!!! Love ❤️. Stopped in on 10/1 for some baguettes, croissants and brioche! Yelled to my 25 and 22 year olds, who were still sleeping and never saw two young adults haul butt downstairs so fast

I can never seem to get there before the croissants run out, but everything else has been excellent. We also love the ambiance at the communal table.

Expectations were high, and they were exceeded! We've had baguettes, tarts of all fruits, pain au chocolat, almond croissants, apple turnovers ... all incredible. Truly authentic and expertly created French breads and pastries and more. A wonderful experience that will be repeated frequently.

Not often do I write about 3 day old quiche nor imagined trying 3 day old quiche. Quiche is for same day consumption…right? Well…Have a seat folks…you won’t go wrong if you take this home and properly store for another seating. The quiche was reheated in a toaster oven and browned all over. The end result, flaky textured, Not overly dried quiche. Actually not bad. Soooo… if your spending $30 or so…please know that quiche from La Baguette Magique can be stored in your fridge for a couple of days AND be a choice for those wanting something good to eat. I will visit this place in person soon

La baguette magigue is my new go to bakery. My favorite part about this bakery is that you’re transported to France with not just the decor but the smell of baked goods! When you first walk in there is a small selection of international food items like olive oil. The workers are very friendly and welcoming. I loved the way we were treated. They even offered complimentary jelly and butter up at the cash register. Which by the way, the jelly was amazing! There was a little of everything you could ever want! From Eclairs to the most amazing croissants! I was looking for more of a lunchtime meal so I ordered the Ham & cheese croissant. The crispy exterior would pass the knife test. The Swiss cheese and ham were nicely added in with a good bake! The buttery finish was amazing. I could not help but also order the chocolate croissant which was the French kiss of the whole experience! Absolutely delicious with the right amount of chocolate inside. We also ordered the bacon & cheese brioche. Crispy exterior with such soft structure on the inside! The cheese was melted on top with a sprinkle of bacon which topped it off really nicely. There were tiny pâte a chouxs that we could not pass up! The ratio of cream and puff pastry was so delicious two was just not enough! They had limited drinks options. With just sparkling water, sprite, kombucha and coffee. For all of my British bake off fans, Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith would approve in a heartbeat! I highly recommend this bakery and would come back as soon as I can!

Very pleasant bakery. I do wish the indoor air temperature was a little cooler. Quiche was fluffy and moist, very flavorful. The croissants were buttery and flaky. Would come back!

La Baguette knows what they are doing. A true French patisserie with delicious pastries and breads that both look the part and taste incredible. Fairly priced and authentic. Come here on a weekly basis.

Live 2 hours away and visiting Longwood gardens and stopped in based on fabulous reviews. DELICIOUS!! Chocolate croissant and baguette was exceptionally tasty and my daughter quickly devoured her chocolate chip cookie. I was hoping for a greater selection of tarts but I'll stop in next time when I'm in town! A must try!

...always a great experience! We've been here a good number of times, and, even were fortunate enough to tour the kitchen! The next best place could only be found in the South of France! So sorry, but I scored the last piece of a mixed berry tart; hope you fare as well on your next visit...
