I love Wawa but man have they been going a little downhill the past few years. This location specifically is always out of ingredients I want, so maybe its more of a personal choice for me but it always seems like they lack the food I am looking for. The staff is also usually slow and you can tell they don't care, and this was pre Covid and staffing issues as well. I usually avoid this location, but the surrounding area Wawa locations aren't that much better, just enough to help me avoid this one. If you are introducing someone to Wawa, please don't take them here first.

Depending on the time of day the service is either good or horrible. Afternoon-evening staff just act like nobody is there, lots of bad language coming from the food area, at the register nobody is ever there when people are in line.The Wawa down the road is much more professional, in and out and get what you need.

Never written a review for a wawa and tried to on their customer satisfaction survey but did not have a survey code or store number but just wanted to say JOHN at the wawa on Pottstown pike and boot rd is amazing and such an asset to their team. Always so incredibly friendly and sweet. Such a positive attitude. Wish I could share that on their customer satisfaction survey

Today at 4 PM I locked my keys in my car and had to ask for help from the deli counter. The young woman there was most helpful and called my auto insurance company for me, then loaned me a phone so I could talk to them. I waited for an hour and was just going into the store again to make another call, when the repair man arrived. Everyone in the Wawa store was very concerned and eager to help. Thank you all for being so thoughtful!

Horrible! Inventory turnover is bad. I drove 5 miles home and realized that I purchased a protein drink that had mold on it. I then proceeded take it back, but only to realize that all were moldy and I was told, by management, that I could not exchange it for another drink that was priced one dollar more, but was a protein drink. I am upset that management could not come to a resolution to get me a product, so I ended up spending money to get back there for gas and left with nothing but a measly refund. I will NEVER use this wawa ever again!

Have always loved this wawa but the direction it has chosen to go is disgusting. The dinner staff and how they speak in the store is not what i call family friendly and not something I want my two children around.
