If I could give negative stars for one place on google review, Chipotle in West Chester would be the one! You can’t even order a quesadilla in person because they want it to be an online order. I’ve been to multiple chipotle locations and this one is by far the dirtiest I’ve seen. I got food to go this evening and made jokes (but also was serious), if I get sick from Chipotle this will be the day. Along with being dirty, it didn’t seem organized at all. usually it’s a good experience. sometimes it’s filthy in the dining room. also the freshness isn’t that consistent. When i grab it at night it doesn’t slap as much as it does when you guys are open for lunch. Oh well.

An employee went outside twice and came back inside never washing her hands. She went straight to handling food on top of messing in her hair where food was being served. No hair nets and everyone not wearing gloves. When I got home and ate my food my rice was hard like I had the bottom of the pan.

Food was great and service friendly. We ate on the outside patio area which was a little untidy but otherwise enjoyed our meal here.

I love Chipotle. But this place seems dirty and poor leadership. Every employee during lunch behind the line, about 6 of them, today wore their masks below their noses. What's the point of wearing a mask if u can't cover your nose? Do better.
