Everything set straight with the Hukka matt hospitality ! The timings are fabulous as it remains open till 2 AM . Which makes it a great hangout late night place. Definitely downtown is Hookah Matata!

Service was fine, but upset we weren’t at all informed of pricing. Menu says $17 they charged us $28. I feel we were coerced, hence my low rating.

The people who run this place are extremely nice folks . Its a lot of fun to talk to them more than smoking the hookah. Not to take away the hookahs are great too. Management has changed and now it’s a newly owned black owned business! The lady who runs the place, name is Shalyn and she is literally the best! My friends and I had a great time here thanks to her EXCELLENT customer service. Oh yea and it’s BYOB!

The hookah flavor was extremely horrible the lady at the desk had great customer service it’s not like it use to be there cleaner supplies on the counter for customers to see the bathroom was extremely disgusting . I really hope they change this facility around it really has potential.

The service was terrible. The security was too worried about a fight happening across the street rather than doing their jobs. The front desk staff had nasty attitudes as well.
