This is an OK location, we were visiting in the afternoon, they are short on donuts, but still find some of our liking. There are some parking places in front of the store, parking is probably not an issue. There is no drivethru at this location.
Yo this place was all sorts of crazy busy combined with being understaffed and the lady just destroyed my order. Actually she destroyed both the orders that were the exact same things like how do you do that well she did it. I mean I'll admit the place was busy but still I waited for 20 minutes then
The lady in the cashier is very rude kept all the donut I ordered with glazing in One bag I asked I she can put in in a box but she said they don't do it really? Very unpleasant , please Teach her proper customer service or atleast don't work upfront.kinda ruin my mood for new-year.
Very good Coffee and Donuts! However...Their "breakfast sandwiches" were Unfortunately, very bland, and very tasteless... hence the three star rating.
Not that anyone reads these, but if this saves one person from going.. this place is just a day ruiner. Orders are almost never right. You wait endlessly, no matter the day or time, or how busy it is. It’s obvious they could care less about people, but that’s expected from a coffee place. This place

The woman who works the counter (she is about 3 feet tall) is rude and nasty. Her mask is always under her chin. Don’t say anything to her or ask her for anything because she becomes vicious. The owner (older gentleman) doesn’t care about anything and his mask isn’t worn properly.

Really rude Sunday staff. I always go to Dunkin’ on sundays and just do a mobile order. Every time I go to this one the employee that’s always working the register on sundays is rude and won’t even speak to me. They often won’t have an item and don’t say anything about it and don’t give me a refund.
