Terrible management. I requested a refund due the staff answering phones, taking payments, touching the computer, all while going back to the kitchen & not changing their gloves! This is the most unsanitary primos hoagie I have ever been to.
The manager came over WITH a attitude to void payment… no apology. Just rude, slapped the receipt on the counter and walked away.

Today is 6/8/22 at 5:21 pm I have been a customer at this location for 5 years now and never had a problem with my food or service. BUT today was different! I went to place an order and the girl at the counter did not want to be their today. Her personality was was terrible. I felt bad for making her punch a couple keys on the register. When I left there, it left a bad taste in my mouth, I don't think she will be their long.

REVIEW UPDATED: Dear Primos of West Chester--WTH happened? We ordered 2 Primo ham and cheese hoagies today. Each had 2 maybe 3 small slices of ham...that's it. And for over $30?? This is unacceptable. Primos used to be the best in West Chester. Very, very disappointed.

Since being taken over by corporate two things happened. The store is much cleaner, but the sandwiches have gotten very skimpy on the meats. I called about it and they said it was the new policy of weighing everything, but the prices have remained quite high, $11 for a Primo! There are many other family owned sandwich shops in the area. I'll be buying from them from now on.

Went to Primos last weekend and to be honest there was just a poor attitude all around, by all the employees. However, the most disappointing thing is seeing someone in the food service industry not wearing a MASK. (There not even one on or around)!
Oh and I never received my receipt and the gentleman working in the back who handed me my two sandwiches couldn’t find the receipt either. So much for your policy! It wasn’t worth bringing it up seeing I wanted to get out...

Went today for the first time to this location. Loved the nice large dining room to do work and eat. They even let me use their wifi. Ordered the Italian Diablo. It was packed to the gills with meat and not veggies like some sub places do. Also very happy to learn Downingtown is open again as that’s by my house:)

Primos always have fresh lunch meat coupled with courteous service. An all around great experience.

Rude! Will never buy from there again. I will go out of my way to get a Primo hoagie from another location than from this local location.
