This was an online order through Door Dash. Food arrived sooner than expected, but a couple items were messed up. First, the Big Mac didn’t come with any Mac sauce. I understand not asking it, but the point of a Big Mac is to have it with Mac sauce 👀 I also asked for extra pickles and they took off
Had the worst experience at this McDonald's today. I ordered a McChicken meal and another McChicken on the side. Both in the pictures below. One has basically no meat in it and the other had a hair in it. I called and the manager, a female, who one did not even apologize and asked if we come to this
I waited for 5 minutes in the drive thru. Someone else pulls up in the other lane and their order was taken immediately. I asked them why. They had no answer besides short staffed. Fries still cold. Horrible customer service. Fish sandwich was cold with too much tartar sauce.
Horrbile.
Usually has a fast drive through and no issues with correct orders.

Dub-C McDonalds is on point they always seem to ha e the best chicken nugvets. If you eat a lot of mcdonalds nuggets you know what im talking about.

Continuously directed cars in the drive-thru to park to the side and wait for someone to bring their order out. I waited for five min, and left after I didn't see any other cars receive their food. Not the service I go to McDonald's for. The place across the street never has these problems.
