Second time here. The first time was great.
Today the waitress was aweful. We ordered drink and desert. She didn't give us plate and utensils. One of the waitress assused me push her and reported to her manager. So the manager came to our table and question us if I pushed the waitress. I was furious
The worst Hooters I have ever beem to. Caitlin was my server and she did not know how to take an order because she wrote nothing down and then mixed up our order. She did not deliver our food and when we received it it took her over 20 minutes to check on us to see if it was okay when I told her she
The food here was much larger in portions than expected. Because my friend and I visited at lunch time, it was more mellow than I thought it would be. I'm sure night time during weekends or events are when the place is more lively but going here just for the food is well worth the price.
Seated right away and our waitress WINTER was the best, never had an empty drink or have to waive her down. She was always there. Give her a 11 out of 10 on customer service ~ Covina location~

I had purchased a Groupon offer $24 for $40 worth of food and was well worth it. Good food, plenty of tv's, friendly staff, what more can you ask for.
You know what, our food was good our waitress was attentive but not obnoxious and I didnt feel fully demonetized.
