There's a lady that works there that acts like she has a hearing problem. She's always saying huh I can't hear you. I ordered The Pink Drink and I took 2 sips and it was gone. They filled my cup up with ice all the way to the top and it wasn't good. Had no flavor.
Ordered a mocha got black coffee. Not how anyone should start their day.

Bad experience. I had a pretty standard drink, iced with no modifications, and they took 10 to 15 minutes to make it and made multiple other customers drinks ahead of me. Has seating, a counter to sit at and some tables shared with Pizza Hut, but people put their stuff on the next seat and encroach
