The best burgers and shakes. Period. Great friendly service too. If you go to any other burger place in Des Moines, you're a moron.
We absolutely love Zombie Burger! We are from the Troy Missouri area and visit DesMoine whenever we can because my husband is Active Duty Army and is stationed there. This has become our favorite place to eat and reconnect and of course have some fun! Our 9 year old tells everyone how awesome the food is and that it is his favorite restaurant! We all wish you would branch out to St.Louis so we could have Zombie Burger more frequently! !! Keep up the great work with amazing food!!!
We were visiting in July this year. Had some friends tell us about the food. Holy cow it was yummy. We will be back when in the Des Moines area again.
Not only is the burgers and appetizers amazing but the wait staff was exceptional! Just when I thought people didn't know what good service was any more we found it at Zombie Burger well done!

This place was delicious. I had a Walking dead that had fried egg and added bacon in which they are generous in helping. I tried the fried Brussel sprouts which was awesome with the sauce it comes with. I washed it down with a root beer float which was made perfect. Enough ice cream to last with just the right amount of soda at the end. I would buy from here again.
Great food and quick service. I do prefer the main location but it you want your food fast while shopping this is a great choice. Sides are very large, I suggest getting one to share with a burger a peice. If you eat it all, go back and get more. We got a small fry and cheese curds. The taste a lot better the first time and dont warm up well. Start small and same room for an awesome desert.
Located on the 2nd floor of the Jordan Creek Mall food court near the movie theaters, Zombie Burger + Shake Lab has a varied menu of specialty burgers and shakers to select from. Sure, you can go with a generic burger or cheeseburger and they are good, but go out on a limb and try something new. Maybe it's the poutine fries. Or a burger filled with various toppings. But the surprise here are the shakes. Service was fast. Food was delicious. Yes, you pay a little more, but quality and creativity costs.
First experience with Zombie Burger and it didn’t disappoint. Burger and fries were pretty good with tons of flavor. Can’t wait to check out their original location and get a famous shake next time!
Zombie Burger is expensive, but SO worth it! I ordered the Walking Ched. This burger was too big for my mouth. I had to seperate the sections in order to eat it, and it turned into 3 meals for me. Absolutely delicious!
