I’ve been debating writing this review for awhile because I love a good secret spot (especially with Glacier being so busy these days!) However, this place is amazing and deserves recognition. Before I continue this review, note that this place is EXTREMELY casual. Keep your expectations realistic- attire in the mornings is pajamas and hoodies as this is located in a campground. You eat off of paper dishes. Seating is outdoors so it can be a bit chilly. If you’re into that, you will love the charm of sitting by a fire pit eating worm yummy food while surrounded by greenery, watching horses go by with bluegrass quietly playing. It is truly a magical place. This is hands down the best breakfast and lunch in the Flathead Valley. The dishes are so creative and flavorful, inspired by so many different cuisines. The serving sizes are generous and it all tastes like comfort food. I’ve only been here for breakfast so I can’t speak for their other meals, but it’s truly worth it to stop by here while visiting Glacier.

Had breakfast at the Cafe with my wife and kids. We loved the entire experience. The covered shelter and fireplace was the sort of spot we could have hung out at all morning. It was cool.and rainy and the fire and soundtrack was warm and inviting. The staff was very friendly. The food was so good. Kids had egg sandwiches and finished them no problems or complaints. I had smoked salmon with cucumbers and pickled onions on a hoagie. It was so good I forgot to take a picture. With this was my neighborhood spot instead of a vacation visit.

Little open air restaurant, counter service and large covered picnic table area. My husband and I had breakfast here. Biscuits and gravy for me, Thai breakfast bowl for him. We both loved the food! Very flavorful and cooked really well. Staff was super friendly. We want to come back for BBQ for dinner!

What a great find for breakfast. Cozy and casual atmosphere in the woods with relaxing music and fresh made food. Wish we could have tried the BBQ, the smell from the smoker was enticing

If you’re in the area, you HAVE to check them out. First time up in Glacier and we stumbled upon Sunflower Cafe & decided to have a nice hot breakfast on our last morning before heading out. We came right at open, and the space was friendly and inviting right away. The breakfast was delicious, savory, and definitely made with love. The fireplace inside was perfect to push off the morning chill & the homemade goods for sale are made by one of the ladies behind the counter. Good hot coffee & bottomless refills. Will be back on our next trip.

The sunflower cafe is a hidden gem! I read about it in Flathead Living and was curious. We picked up breakfast and lunch sandwiches to take on the trails, and everything was delicious and unique. The atmosphere can’t be beat, and the staff were wonderful. What a perfect little spot!

Best breakfast we found in the area and perfect aesthetic you search for when visiting Montana and the park. Breakfast was hearty, full of flavor and nutritious, perfect before heading out for a long day hiking. Definitely suggest you visit. Prices were very reasonable and the food was outstanding.

I have no negatives whatsoever about this place! The food was different in the best way possible!! The Thai twist on some of the entrées was an unexpected treat. The whole atmosphere reminded me of a dude ranch which was awesome!
