I brought three girlfriends with me and we had the most fabulous time! The staff is absolutely amazing! Shane our waitress was so friendly and accommodating and fun and the food was prepared so well and service was excellent! George,the general manager, stopped by a few times to make sure everything was great and chatted with us and he is a world class manager- he can also make some kick-ass cocktails- he’s very talented at his job! We are sad to see that George is going to transition to the Boston Barcelona but we would definitively consider the drive worth it for the service we received from him and his staff tonight! Excellent 5 star service! Thank you!!
Talk about service & hospitality! Our experience was simply amazing! We went for a birthday celebration, our wait staff helped us choose the perfect bottle of wine & gave us dessert on the house. What really blew me away was them making a tapa dish that was no longer on the menu, because I simply commented on how delicious it was and our waiter said it was no problem to make it, they had all the ingredients. We will definitely be back!
1st visit was great. Huge wine list. Had an excleant bottle of red, and it was half off! Drank it with a meat and cheese plate, and then tapas. So good. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Plus the staff was great!
Went to Barcelona for my birthday dinner and everything was superb! The waiter even brought up some desserts on the house for me. Food is amazing-got the spiced beef empanadas, the albondigas, and the salmon tapas. I also loved the fact that there’s a private loft area just for larger parties-it was private and cozy. I had a great time for my birthday and I definitely will be returning!
Oh, my!! What a great meal. We had to wait to sit, even with our reservations....but it was so worth the wait!!! Everything was well prepared, beautifully presented and delicious!!!

The food at Barcelona in West Hartford, Connecticut, is succulent and delicious. The customer service and consumer experience are by far the best that I’ve encountered at any eatery in Connecticut.

My friends and I ate there for the first time last night. One of the best meals I've ever had. The wait staff and the manager Priscilla were exceptional. Can't wait to go back.
Thank you Barcelona! We went in yesterday for my son’s 6th birthday - he wanted to have their chicken tenders and honestly, my husband and I were thrilled he wanted to go there - and they went above and beyond. One order was messed-up (by accident) and another two were delayed (we hadn’t even realized) and they took care of everything without us saying a word! And then on top of treating us so well, they gave my son a dairy-free birthday desert like we’ve never seen before. Can’t thank you guys enough for doing that for him (and us). It was delicious and GORGEOUS!! We love walking in to Barcelona and this experience (our first brunch) was our favorite yet because of the outstanding staff.

The restaurant is open to the public, everything is clean: windows, doors, tables and the dinner ware.
The food is amazingly delicious: we begging with chorizo picante with manchego, then Truffles Ricotta, Paella Mariscos and crepes; perfect portions, literally everything was DELICIOUS, Recommended!

I'm back 1/30/21 this is amazingly delicious! We decided to taste the Fuel, Chorizo picante & Tetilla, really good. And for dessert The flourless chocolate cake taste good is made with dark chocolate and soft taste of coffee at the end, amazing combination of flavors. By the way the sangria white is amazingly delicious!
Wonderful place! Our server Ian was so fun, personable, talkative, and gave wonderful recommendations. Managers were fantastic. Talking and enjoying the crowd. Food was awesome. Recommend the duck and hummus tapas. Only criticism is I would have liked to hear Spainish music.... old world, dance, salsa.. other than that, LOVELY!
Came with my girlfriends on a Saturday morning. Our waiter Zack was amazing- super personable with great knowledge of the menu. He actually took the time to go through the menu to highlight all the OK options for the people at our table with dietary restrictions. The food was excellent and so was the service. Would absolutely recommend.
Delicious charcuterie and tapas dishes, excellent wine recommendations, and amazing service. I highly recommend Barcelona for a special night out.
The best tapas I've ever had. The calamari and brussel sprouts were unbelievable and the wine selection is really great. We also enjoyed the atmosphere and their music 🙂.
As always, we had excellent service and delicious food! Covid 19 precautions were in place and we felt safe and comfortable while dining on the patio.

Food's great, decor is on point, price is what you'd expect tapas in west hartford to be. Only thing is service can be a bit slow, and you have to ask for free bread most of the time. Would still recommend though.
