I’ve never tried something from their menu that I have not fully enjoyed. Have not sat in one of their restaurants since the pandemic but we do takeout on special occasions. Update: Following this review, CF replied and asked me to contact them via a generic form website page. Instead of reaching out to learn more about the experience, they made me spend time searching their site for how to contact THEM. Very disappointing. Suggested that they make table tents that say

Much better experience than when I last tried to come here! Last time, they wouldn't take my reservation because I was 2 minutes late. This time we showed up extra early and had delicious food amd a great time! Staff was super friendly and accommodating.

I mean it's the Cheesecake factory. Nothing can top a cheesecake. Waiters are attentive and friendly. Managers are visible and also attentive.

Marcus and Shauna were both great hosts and very accommodating. They made out 16th birthday outing for my daughter special. Very attentive and courteous. Food phenomenal the whole way through. Loved it.
