Family owned location whose owner always goes above and beyond. This is a custom cake I ordered with lots of specifications. Beautifully made and tasted great. Disappeared in seconds.

Every time I go to this store, I'm blown away by how kind every single person who works there is. They are generous, and the service is always amazing. I live near a closer Carvel than this one, but I will ALWAYS make the trip to W Islip to go to this specific store.

Best Carvel on Long Island. Whenever we are hungry for Carvel cake, root beer floats or flying saucers, we travel to west islip Carvel. The man who owns it is so nice and kind to our family for many years. His Carvel always tastes the best. 5 stars, best Carvel!!!
