Everyone in this place is seriously brian damaged. They almost forgot all my orders and poured the lemonade out of a bucket right in front of us. Pollo Tropical is a nice restaurant the quality of food is good the customer service wasn't so great and I'm very very adamant about excellent customer service my family like the chicken rice and black beans.Hopefully my next visit will be better.

Standards have drastically dropped and the food is alot less per order. The pieces of chicken are sooo small. Shame on you pollo tropical. I would now be sticking to your competitors.
