Terrible service. Waited for 15’ in front of cashier and no one bothers to ask us. After ordering, we had to wait another 15’ for our 2 burgers. The other customers came after us but had their orders before us. And, the chicken was cold. Unacceptable!!!
The inside was filthy. All the tables were gross we had to sit at a dirty table and clean it ourselves. The bathroom was gross. They did get our food correctly. I brought the cleanliness to the attention of the Manger but he didn't seem to care as nobody bothered to come out and clean anything. Can'
Third car in line and it took us 20 minutes to order and get food. Never seen a place with slower service. Employees were polite but seemed more interested in gabbing amongst themselves. Seemed like working was an inconvienance
Went to this Burger King location today. I sat in the drive thru more than 10 minutes before some one decided to tell me to hold on. The employee didn't turn his headset off, he was using abusive language for about 3 minutes. I will never return to this location.
Well what a horrible experience..The employee with long braids and her name starts with Q threatened me and wanted to fight me cause she complained about the timer on the drive thru..Is the second time the same person does this to me..What kind of customer service is that?? The first time I complain
This is the slowest BK you will ever find, ever. Spent 30 mins stuck in the drive thru. At the window they just walk away when the food is clearly sitting there ready.
Do not respect schedules. We were going to 4 different restaurants and all them closed before 9 pm, at this one the manager closed the door in our faces.
I never tried to go to Burger King again, I'm upset and disappointed. Enough is enough! Zero stars
Terrible service, employees were leaving in the middle of their shift and they had to close the dinning area. The lady told me the $5 your way meal wasn’t a meal, the picture was just there to catch your eye and I would have to order the items individually for a lot more than $5. Everyone in front
