Very SLOW drive thru. One employee back there was EATING fries while she was serving customers. -Literally putting fries in her mouth- then bagging peoples food! Dirty inside. Burger had a frozen taste and was like raw hide. Disgusting! This place should be against regulation. Never again.

I would say it was poor customer service if the had been any service. We stood at the counter for 20 mins and no one even attempted to acknowledge us, much less provide us service.
