Go frequently for lunch. Always the same management. I get the wrong order 60-70% of the time. Today after walking in to get my order corrected they gave me back the same exact wrong hamburger. When you've got 30 minutes for lunch wasting 15 on this staff is not worth it. Won't be back.
Took my granddaughter her after her last day of school. She wanted a giant chocolate chip cookie! No wait in line and it generated a great smile?

Went here this morning for breakfast through the drive thru and was told to wait at curbside because my food was not ready. After waiting ten mins I went in asking about my food. I was shocked to see there was no food and I didn’t smell anything cooking but I still waited and tried to be patient. Af
Manager and crew are very helpful kind and do a wonderful job. All work hard and EXCEED customer service compared to 95% of most fast food restaurants in Lake Worth. Normally, Wendys doesn't disappoint. I guess this time was the exception. Got the bourbon burger combo. Burger was great, rest was not so much. 2 bacon doubles and for the 1st time ever... COLD Fries. Very dissatisfied. 🙁👎 Oh yes, let's not forget the "coke" tasted more like watered down club soda.
They were short of staff but got a Dave's double out fast, was excellent.
