I’m not a Starbucks person. Morgan and Michelle were very pleasant and helped me put together a drink similar to what they normally sell during Christmas only. It wasn’t exactly what I had 2months ago but their customer service was excellent. Thank you!
It's a Starbucks, you know what to expect and it's what you get. I tried a new treat today, a caramel crunch frappuccino - very tasty. Was pleased to see the drive-thru was not packed and it moved along very well. Spent maybe 10 minutes at the most from getting in line to getting my beverage.
Amazing workers. I’ve been coming here for years, and the service is always good. Sure they’ve been closed and the wait is sometimes a little longer than usual. Ordinary place with uncertain social coordination
This is the absolute slowest Starbucks ever. It took 25 min in the drive thru to get my drink. Then when they gave it to me it was wrong. Although the guy at the window was nice, they all ultimately seemed uninterested with doing anything well. When they remade my drink it wasn't even full. There no
coffee was great stopped there because it's usually better than the lake location still great coffee but line was long and took forever service was excellent so maybe they were all ordering multiple drinks like me
Literally the rudest staff I've ever encountered at a Starbucks. This used to be one of my favorite locations a few years ago, I don't know what happened. My grilled cheese was cold and my drink was so bad and there was just major attitude.
