Incredibly slow. Can barely understand when ordering too. The masks (which we must wear) seem to be the problem. You think JITB has enough $$ to buy better masks? Just saying...

Jack in the Box @ this location always no line drive thru in and out quickly ! However Reed ave exit always a back up onto I80 ... sometime its just not worth it to leave freeway ext. Good Luck

Good service at the drive thru. Order was correct and asked about ketchup. Nice shade for parking while we are.

The food wasn't fresh ; for instance, the fries were warm and the chicken tasted like it was cooked in old grease and the customer service was horrible. I so dislike terrible customer service on top of horrible food.

I know fast food industry is tough. But when your over the intercom your voice carries a tone( manager). You should never pull up to a window and see a manager snapping at an employee. Sometimes the food is not always hot for the price you pay.
