I rate places based on whether they deliver the product they claim to sell. This is a great option for a $20 plate of pasta. Olive Gardens are typically pretty good for atmosphere and food, but service can be hit or miss in my experience. The set of servers we had for my group of nine coworkers was courteous and attentive. Loved it! The food was delicious. If you like shrimp, chicken, bacon, and white sauce, I highly recommend the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara. The setting was pretty straight forward Olive Garden...well themed and comfortable.
Sorry about the original 1 star review. I didn’t even know my phone recorded anything. I was here for a team building with coworkers. We all really enjoyed the food and our server was fantastic. I even made sure to fill out the survey at the table. They did a wonderful job. The only critique is that the lighting was really low, but that wasn’t enough of a problem to bother us too much.

On 12/13/23, we went back. I was surprised to see the bar area cluttered with items and at the front desk just a parking lot of uber pick ups. This all took away from the nice atmosphere in the past. Our service was great and a wonderful waitress. The food this time was just ok. It's still good but not great. The lasagna had hard spots in the pasta. My sons chicken tasted like it was reheated by putting it in the fryer. Everything else was good. I would have rated this visit a 3 star, to be honest.
1st visit - As most know, Olive Garden is usually always on their game. Well, if you're looking for a fast day date with your spouse, go in the afternoon after 1p. It's much slower, and the service is very personal. It's always fun going with all you can eat soup and salad. The salad is 100% chips and fresh. The soups are nice and warm, just right for eating without buring your tung. Who could ever go wring with the endless breadsticks seasoned just right so as not to be too salty. I really appreciated our service. I am not a big fan of the nighttime hours here just because there is always a wait and everyone comes here. Must be a sign. Lol
Olive Garden is one of those places that make you feel good. We had a wonderful Host, Spencer; he was new, still learning the ropes, so-to-speak, but he was so kind and professional, you couldn't help but smile. Then our waitress, Monica, wow, she was amazing! She was always smiling! Love it!
Now, the food...let me say, first off, I'm a big fan of their salads, always fresh, and filling; the soup was wonderful, oh, and the bread sticks, yum!!! They were to notch this time. We also had the calamari...done to perfection😁.
The main dishes we had were nice also. I love my speghetti...lol.
The Olive Garden, is one of our favorite places to go.
We ordered some breadsticks to go. The process ordering online was very easy, and it was nice to have the order delivered to my car within a few minutes of checking in online. The employee who brought me my order was very friendly. Our order was accurate, and we didn't have any issues with it.
We decided to visit Olive Garden because we were close to the area. We sat at the bar. The service was impeccable, both bartender made sure that we weren't missing anything and also made sure that we were on top with our drinks. Even though the tables were busy that particular afternoon, we were able to enjoy our food, drinks, and company without feeling stressed out.
This location is very clean and well maintained. Food is not the best Italian dish but as always, they are well presented, clean and very delicious. But most of all, our server (Jayden) today is super nice, very attentive and very accomodating. She made our dinner experience a pleasant one. Good job!
Two people took care of us but our waiter kind of disappeared. The other guy I think his name was Josue or something was super nice and extra funny with my friend's children. That was very special and the had a great time. The food was great.
We had a retirement luncheon and wanted to make reservations but they do not do reservations, which is understandable. When I got there at 11:00 to reserve the seats we would need the hostess was cold and uninviting. If I did not have a group of people coming already I would have left and went somewhere else. We wanted to set up little retirement decorations on the table and she was very worried that we were going to sit there before the 11:30 time we said we needed the seats. She said that it would cause the waitresses stress to worry about whether or not we were ready to order.
On the other hand our waitresses were amazing they were kind, handled a large group with separate tickets very well and we enjoyed our interaction with them.
The food was great and we enjoyed our meal and conversation. I would have scored this place of five had the hostess been someone else.
Huge Thank you to Olive Garden today for accommodating my mistake with my company party. I chose the wrong date and they were able to get my order together in 30 minutes. I can't thank and appreciate Olive Garden enough for today that was exceptional customer service.
