Wow! Authentic, delicious food at a super price. This place rocks!
You have to try this place! 6 tacos for $7.50 and they taste good to boot! Don't let the bus for a building scare you .
This food truck delivers really tasty authentic Mexican food. About as unpretentious as it gets in this tourist town. The salsa was fresh and home made and the spiced pork quesadilla ha a tangy flavor with enough heat to match the cheese.

Absolutely amazing, fresh, and authentic Mexican food. In the world of high priced tourist food, this stands out!
LOVE IT!. Great place to stop and get authentic Mexican food. Very cheap, but very tasty. Glad I found it on here first though, because I don't think I would've stopped on my own. Restaurant is a converted bus, which was fun. Atmosphere is great. Staff is super friendly. When we got arrived there was a long line (about 15 people), but they move quick and we got our food within 15 minutes.
Awesome.. THis place is awesome. Second best Mexican food I've had outside of southern california. If you're a fan of authentic Mexican, this is your place. It was also pretty cool to eat in a bus. You should check this place out. If you're going to eat only one place in West Yellowstone, this is it. Truly unique.
This place is absolutely amazing. We went and there was nobody in line because I don't think people knew the old bus crammed between two buildings was a restaurant. It looks weird from the front, but it's very clean and tidy on the inside. Basic bench with a window side ledge to eat or picnic tables outside. This is the closest food I've ever gotten in the US to food I ate in Mexico. It's amazing food, lots of flavor blended well. The tacos are kind of small (like in Mexico) but very flavorful. The burrito was pretty massive though. Everything was absolutely awesome. Best Mexican food in the US I've ever had. A great plus is the guy behind the counter was EXTREMELY nice (it was only a 20something looking guy and a kid behind the counter working) and the food came out very quickly. A must eat place in West Yellowstone in my opinion. The price are good too by the way!
Taqueria Las Palmitas is a Mexican food truck that serves up paper plates full of tasty burritos, enchiladas, quesadillas and the like to customers who retreat to a handful of picnic tables. My three double-shelled tacos (asada/steak, carnitas/fried pork and pastor/spicy pork), doused with a pungent salsa, hit the spot, for less than $5.
We just flew in from Dallas and discovered this place while souvenir shopping. Excellent flavor, plentiful and fairly priced. 😋 owners were very friendly, will return. 3 chicken taco plate.
Being far from Texas and Tex-mex, this place was a godsend to find! They have excellent food. The entrees are always perfectly seasoned. The meats are always cooked so they're still moist, not dry. They are very liberal with toppings and sides too. The rice and beans are always great as sides. The flour tortillas are so tasty on their own but when wrapping up cheese, meats and some veggies, they're even better. Whether you want to sit down beside the bus or get food to go, it's a great stop for some mexican food fare. Highly recommend this place for some great food. Hopefully they'll start selling some horchata soon though ;)
Amazing!! I came here with my family looking for a nice lunch! At first, I thought it was not going to taste good but I was proven wrong! There is very nice customer service and I like how it is in a bus! Most people would judge it by the way it looks. It is very underrated! I would definitely recommend!!
My family and I had this late last night after visiting Yellowstone. The food was fresh and piping hot, and very flavorful. Sometimes beans and rice are bland at most Mexican places but rest assured these were flavored with love and good seasoning. 10/10 recommend.
Unique experience ordering inside a repurposed bus. Food was decent and staff was friendly. They are busy so ordering ahead seems to be a good idea.
Loved this place! I had the Plato's de Carnitas, the meat was juicy and flavorful. The rice and beans were some of the best I've ever had. Family had the Steak Fajitas and Chicken Nachos, they loved them as well.
Very unique environment, withe kitchen taking up the back half and the "dining room" taking up the front half of an abandoned bus. Very cramped space, if you're claustrophobic you'll want it to go. The guy taking orders was very friendly (possibly the owner?).
