I had Cajun Salmon and Fried Shrimp. Very good but as I have had REAL Cajun in New Orleans, where the food burns all the way down, the way I like it, I would have said it was Broiled Salmon, because it was rather bland, even though it was blackened, but I needed hot sauce to add the much desired heat. It came with Broccoli and delicious Garlic Mashed Potatoes, interwoven with crispy fried onions. Yummy. What made the meal better was getting there before the lunchtime rush, in addition to missing breakfast, preparing my stomach to welcome an avalanche of very good food. I would have added a star if the Salmon was more Cajun than it was. And having lunch with my family is always a good idea. I have been going to Applebee's at least once a month for decades, mostly for dinner, especially Veterans Day, when they show their appreciation for our service to the nation. The other guys, not so much.
Awesome service and fantastic 2 entree deal for 25-32$ depending on your choice of entree. Also comes with appetizer! Fun date night!
Server TJ was awesome. Excellent service. The kindness and time taken with my mother was very pleasing to see. Manager Kristen was awesome as well. Seeing her constantly check on other customer and helping the servers with their food is top tier management. The teams energy was on full display tonight. Here visiting NY for the first time and will be definitely coming back to this place to visit.
This applebees is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. It truly lives up to its neighborhood grill name. The staff is supper welcoming and friendly, the managers are actively engaged with the customers and servers. My personal favorite food there is their burgers. Always fresh meat and cooked to perfection. Next time your around try one, you won't be disappointeded.
Managers are so kind and helpful. I had manager Alicia coming to my table and clean it. I have never seen someone like this before really incredible team. ☺️
Grilled chicken with broccoli was great. Service with Paola was great. We made the mistake of sitting in proximity of the bar.
Atmosphere-A couple of apparently regular bar patrons were a bit free with the f-bombs.
Solo date tonight. My waitress was Hunter. She's great. I ordered a strawberry daiquiri, which was yummy, even though I'm not a drinker. That's probably explains the slight dizziness I'm feeling. Anyway, the bbq brisket taco was delicious.
I went in for dinner with a couple of friends the other night and our server Rosalyn was very kind and constantly checked in to see if everything is okay. I appreciate her generosity! The food was delicious and we all had an amazing night together!
I like it here. The mozzarella sticks are pretty standard and the pretzel sticks are really good. If you go after 10:00pm the apps are half-price. I will either get the cheeseburger or a steak. The chili fries are really good. For dessert I get the brownie bite. There is a bigger size too, but I am usually too full for the full size.
This Applebees compared to other locations and other chains is really above average regarding their employee attitude and service. I usually visit during happy hour which they do have some good deals such as the BOGO domestic beers and my favorite Angry Orchard.
Overall this location is well managed and staff is very friendly so I overlook the mediocre food.
Had a great meal tonight with friends at the Westbury, NY location. Both the food and service were top notch our steak and Cajun salmon dishes were served hot and and properly prepared. The wait staff was friendly and the table was nicely maintained. The spinach and artichoke appetizer was very tasty and served the four of us. The food was not rushed and the deserts were on point as well. My Patron margarita was a perfect way to start my dinner. The manager stoped by our table to check on our meals and desserts. Upon sitting down I was instantly greeted by my server Rosalyn, she made me feel at home and made the process of ordering food very simple and quick. Her service was very fast & her energy was amazing. I would recommend everyone to ask for her & experience it themselves. Very great server and even better service!

Came here with my girls last night and we had an amazing time! The food was so much better than the Applebees near me and our waiter Rosalyn was so friendly and patient with us. Will definitely be going back for the food and the great service !
