Changed the soup which used to be excellent. No flavor differnt noodles. However Chicken was good
I have eaten there before this experience was much better than the first visit. Before entering the store there trash around the rear door and the elevator lift was extremely nasty. I wouldn't want a family member using it. The server was very helpful as there was a fifteen minute wait for more chicken to come off the grill. However, the server offer a free drink while waiting. The anterior was clean I guess that is what counts.
The Bourbon bacon BBQ rotisserie meal is my favorite.
The service has been really good here. I don't frequent Boston Market bur everytime I go to this location, I have no complaints. The food is good as is the service. Some servers are nicer than others but they've all been really good. The food is fresh. They get 💯points for always wearing their 😷 mask properly! They have enough parking and the place is clean. No issues! I actually left one BM that I rated terrible to drive to this one that I usually buy from.
First time ordering here. I waited about 5mins before someone took my order and that’s quick considering there were 3 other ppl ahead of me.
The chicken and the hickory BBQ is delicious. Mashed potatoes were perfect. The corn bread was a bit dry and could be served more fresh and not as stale.
My order was done correctly and friendly staff. Overall my experience was great.
How about putting a store in Vestal or Binghamton in Uostate New York...there are so many schools, hospitals and its a major traffic location. The Restaurants that are here are always Busy and something new would be Amazing plus it's A HEALTHY fast food in which we Need.
Dishes I'd also recommend would be the large Turkey dinner with 2 sides

I recently ordered the Rotisserie Chicken Market Bowl with mashed potatoes, corn and poultry gravy via Door Dash.
Immediately, the ampleness of the bowl astonished me. It was brimming with plentiful, juicy and succulent white meat chicken, as well as fluffy, delicious mashed potatoes.
The tender corn niblets were sweet and tasty, accompanied by a rich, aromatic and well-seasoned gravy.
The corn bread ordered was fresh, golden and slightly sweet; as too was an ample slice of delectable apple pie.
All in all, the Rotisserie Chicken, Market Bowl ordered from Boston Market exceeded my expectations surprisingly so!
This was my first time ordering it; however, it certainly will not be my last.
I telephoned the Westbury location and complimented the meal to Mike, whom I believe to be the manager. He was appreciative of the call and asked me to tell two people.
Therefore, I am "telling" all, of my pleasurable experience with Boston Market. Try this delightful dish for yourself. It may surprise you. 😉
So many are 4.75 that I just rounded up to 5. One thing I wish that BM brings back would be the tossing of the chicken cesar salad. It was so awesome when they tossed the salad and served it in a bowl!!!!

I really enjoy coming to this location. The workers here work hard. They work together to keep things going. Management here also works with the team which I really like to see. They do not just sit and watch others work. But what I really love about Boston Market is their chicken!!! Just came to find out by asking they do have healthy choices 😜😎
Always great for a quick meal that taste almost home made. When you need something fast but want to feel like you are eating healthy this is my place. The seasoning on their chicken is delicious. Very good mash potatoes and cream spinach.
