I ordered dinner for my family to go and when we arrived home I discovered that they had bagged the wrong order.
My family only eats dark meat. We received a regular mixed 10 piece.
My family enjoyed the dark meat while I returned to the restaurant with the white meat pieces.
The manager and staff were apologetic and professional.
They replaced my complete order correctly and apologized for the inconvenience.

Who doesn't enjoy Popeye's Chicken? I've visited this location a bunch of times and depending on the day and time, there may be a line. On Fridays and Saturdays evenings, the line can be out the door. You may be waiting at least 10 minutes or more to get to the cashier. The employees at this branch have always for the most part been friendly. I do feel their service is a bit on the slower side compared to the other locations I frequent. The food here have always been pretty good. The place is clean. Thumbs down for not having a drive thru though.
We got the four for $25 chicken sandwich fries and chicken fingers. Great value! I wasn’t very happy about the inside of the stores still been closed. Service was not that fast but we were happy with how hot the food was.
The staff at the Westbury Popeyes is thee best. I’ve been a repeat customer for years and found it only right to give the staff their rightfully deserved flowers of gratitude. Thank you so much!
I've heard people say that you won't get a better spicy chicken sandwich anywhere but here, and after today's visit I'm here to say they were right! The chicken tenders are fantastic too, you've gotta get some!
They are quick efficient clean and friendly ..in the neighborhood..most convenient...the manager is on point and knows how to keep.her customers.
Best fried chicken franchise in my opinion. All the food is seasoned well and just nicely made. The food is NOT greasy like other fried chicken chains. I recommend the classic chicken burger. Only down side is that this specific location doesnt have a drive-thru.

We’re currently obsessed with their Spicy chicken burger! Love the signature spicy mayo, Cajun fries and how it all comes together so beautifully! Bliss! Their fried chicken is something I don’t need to go into depth about how amazing it is! It’s Popeyes we’re talking about! Hands down - the best fried chicken! 🙌
They made the food hot and fresh and all the employees were working non-stop making sure the seating area was clean.
