I was in the area and noticed this nice dessert spot. It is really nicely decorated inside. Lots of New Orleans decor and pleasant music. They also have a very wide selection of desserts and even food. I had the Ferrero Rocher sundae and it was super delicious!! Can't wait to come by this place again and try the other delicious menu items.
Amazing atmosphere! Great place to sit and chat with friends. Love the flavors of their ice creams and waffles. We will be back to attend trivia night and snag another lovely sundae treat!
Second time here; this time I went with my team to have our work meeting and grab some coffee; we ended up grabbing some food and ice cream while we were there. Very delicious and spacious to relax and enjoy your food and beverages. Customer service was really nice; the owner was the order taker and was very nice in recommendations which is phenomenal. I recommend to check place out; the design inside was pretty cool.
I would have suggested this place to family and friends. I would love to come with more friends next time. trivia night was amazing with good music and great customer service. Staff felt like long time friends , you can tell they want people to feel welcomed and comfortable.
Really cute find! The atmosphere is upbeat and relaxed and the dessert is great, we especially enjoyed the carrot cake.
this is a great dessert place. kids loved the ice cream cups. staff were super friendly. they allowed us to stay passed closing time since its grandma's place and you don't get kicked out. the owner makes nice drinks with real fruit. staff were accommodating to our big group. i hope to be back some day.
We always love to drive to new places. Today we walked into Nana's Ice Cream and Coffee House. Such an amazing list of items. Bought so much!! Would definitely recommend to someone else! Love. I'm definitely coming back here!!

Seating is unique with different seats and tables. They also have an outdoor seating area in the back.
The desserts we had were fun and tasty. Large portions that next time we would split rather than have one each.
A place we would go back to and try different options each time.

Visited here for the first time and I am so enchanted! The selection of bubble teas, sweets, and general treats is incredible! Especially the cute little mango stars you can put in drinks! There’s comfy space to sit out front, inside, or in a really lovely back patio! Which is perfect for a summer’s night! I will come back here in a heartbeat! Additionally, every single staff member I encountered was a delight!
Six years here in Roslyn and I didn't know about this amazing gem. We wanted a coffee shop experience... Def try out Nana's Ice Cream & Coffee House in Westbury. Unique deserts, coffee drinks and even alcohol and a cozy mom and pop shop style. Great ambiance inside.
The staff was super nice. I ordered their ube waffle and it was yummy.
Great place to come by any time of the day, whether it's for an early afternoon brunch or an evening snack. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, like a cross between a very lowkey cafe and a bar whose regulars keep coming back because it's their favorite. The staff is wonderful and me feel like very welcomed on my first visit. The prices are very reasonable, and I cannot recommend the rose hibiscus tea enough. 10/10 absolutely coming back again
Great spot. Ice cream shop that now has some nice food options. Salads, grilled cheese sandwiches and wraps. They have the classic and some “fancy pants” grilled cheese sandwiches w goat cheese and sundries tomatoes, caramelized onions etc. Food was super good.
They have a classic choc chip cookie w waffle cone bits. Very good!
