Had an early lunch here on a Thursday. I placed my order ahead of time on their website, which was simple and easy to do.
I got dark meat, green beans and fries. The chicken was freshly fried and had good flavor. The beans were perfectly cooked and had just the right amount of onion.

Good chicken. Bland Mac and cheese. Mashed potatoes and gravy were similar tasting to KFC. Was shorted a chicken strip and received a thigh instead of a leg. They were probably short staffed so we didn't mind the extra 20 minutes for our food. Nice and pleasant staff.
Stopped in for a quick bite on my way to Indy from South Bend. I was looking for something my picky 4 year old would eat. She LOVED the Mac N Cheese. I got the liver and that alone was worth the 5 stars! They had some good music playing causing my daughter to dance the whole time we were waiting for
Hands down best fried chicken livers I've ever had! Will definitely be back here many many times! I'm looking forward to trying more of what they have to offer. Don't judge a book by its cover. I promise you'll be missing out.
The most amazing chicken. The dining area is not the most attractive, but let me tell you, they make fried chicken that is simply the best I've had. Admittedly, I grew up in Chicagoland. Not exactly the fried chicken capital of the world. But, I've tried a LOT of different places.

Great food most of the time.. Check your food before you leave. Sometimes looks like you get bottom of the bag food... a lot of crunchies or bottom of the fryer... it also depends upon who's cooking. If the owners cooking you're good beautiful food great taste if anybody else is cooking watch food
