This McDonalds was absolutely the best experience ever. Kelton literally hooked our crew up with such a magical experience at Christmas time. Our kids filled out letters to Santa! Super clean and food was out so quick. Will visit again when in the area. Top notch service!
I’ve not had a bad experience here at this location. The area is a bit of a hassle, bad road planning/development. So if it’s a busy time of day be ready for it.
A McDonalds in general is not a 5 star restaurant. However, I recommend this specific one. Great staff that show they care. Food properly made.
I started coming to this McDonald’s when we moved to Westfield. Every single employee has been good every time. Rocky is one of my favorites! He is always so friendly and smiling. I noticed that he clean shaven now, and he looks very professional. The drive- thru crew is the best part of this store!
the mid-aged lady at the drive thru is so very kind and cordial! always has a smile. The food is always freshly made.

Ice coffee was not strong on flavor. I know it was iced coffee but it was a little too watery.
Absolutely phenomenal service! Lady taking cash was upbeat and enthusiastic. And the young man at window was upbeat, fast and went above and beyond. He CHECKED our Drink lids AFTER he started handing it to us. Like, what? Blown away.
