Friendly's has greatly improved their menu and made their prices much more family-friendly. I was ecstatic to see that the price of a meal for a family of four was about the same price as going to McDonalds. I was happy to pay a tip to get the sit down experience and have a much better choice of foo

Ordered $30 worth of food today. Said to pick it up at 7:05 so we did. Food wasn’t done until 7:20 and was cold. Brought it back home which is 7 minutes away and it was awful. Do not go here food was horrendous.

Each is supposed to come with fries. I recieved only two sides when the order was 4. The melts bread was not toasted, I had to go back to get our orders of fries. There was a fruit fly attached to one of my fries which 1/3 were undercooked. The chick
They can't make a fribble. We sent them back and we still got flavored milk back.
The food we got was burnt, poorly made and thrown together. I understand things can get busy but our food was so poorly made I had to say something. Be careful and don’t get food here.
Terrible service in the drive thru. Rude. Forgot drinks ignored us. When asked about marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks we were told we could have ketchup. Who eats mozzarella sticks with ketchup. Food wasn't very good. Just terrible service all and all.
