Don't expect to get fast service since the new owners have taken over. They seem to get overwhelmed with the online orders at the expense of making people wait in line. And now they've got these big Stickers about some Subway Series thing that blocks your view of the veggies so you can't even tell

Simple and effective, quick lunches that fit right into our schedule. Sometimes we indulge in a cookie now and then. Sandwich makers are nice and give good portions.

Well this place now underperforms. You ask for a blt and they ask what kind of cheese! Wth? There us no cheese! It lacked a reasonable amount of tomatoes and bacon. Cut back on these? Who wants a lettuce sandwich? New owners?? Don't waste your time or money here.

So I travel all across America and love a Subway. But this time I was let down. I ordered a protein bowl and as you can see it's only about half full. The staff were extremely friendly and definitely went the extra mile. I forgot to scan my code when I went through the line, and he graciously let me scan it afterwards. I believe this man is the owner. Every experience I have had at this Subway has been fantastic. Keep up the good work!! Update Ap

What keeps me coming back is how friendly and helpful the team members are! Definitely the best subway in Westford and the surrounding towns. John, the owner, does a great job all around! He even remembered me when I came back for the first time in 2 years!
