Lovely atmosphere, Extremely family friendly! Just kind of disappointed with the food. Definitely not the same flavorful big portions as pre-pandemic. I understand there is a lack of workers, but there was no love in the food. Of course, the cheesecake was still fantastic. Not the nostalgic factory

Great experience! Sat at the bar for 10-15 minutes before getting to our table and our server, Jamal, was awesome!! Very friendly and welcoming! We were celebrating an occasion and Jamal added “goodluck” on our dessert! Food was awesome and drinks were yummy. Definitely recommend Jamal as a server!
The waiter Branden deserves 5 stair however the food and menu deserve 3 stars only. It was our holiday and the kids wanted breakfast . There were a total of 5/6 items on yeh breakfast menu. Definitely a five star for the Cuban sandwich I got. A 1 star for the sliders my wife had. If I could give zero stars for the ridiculous prices on the cheesecake. Not only is it no better than cheesecake you get anywhere else the pieces are tiny.
Normally one of my favorite places. Not so great this time. My friends soup was cold. The cheese in our baked rigatoni was burned. My stuffed mushrooms...also burned. Gave 2 stars because our waitress was nice.
