We enjoyed our donuts. Service was kind of shotty. We waited way too long after walking in and walking to the counter before anyone came to help us.
Always polite and extremely efficient. I'm a regular and they know what I'm ordering before I finish saying it myself. Fast drive-thru even in long lines. My favorite place . I 'Run' on Dunkin!!

Haven't been to this Dunkin' in a long time, and several years ago I never really had a "great" experience. That has since changed. The young man taking the orders was cheerful and "silly" and was a welcomed laugh to my day. The nice young lady at the window was very pleasant, and gave me some treat
This Dunkin Donuts is a very busy location in Westminster MD. They do a very good job at getting people in and out. Most of the staff I recognize when I go there so they do good at keeping turnover down. Sometimes the drive thru line gets backed up all the way to Friendly’s but the line moves quick.
Had to explain what I ordered twice at the window what I ordered and the iced coffee was still wrong. No caramel, too much cream. After explaining I ordered 2 doughnuts she handed me my coffee and said thank you. I said where are my doughnuts? She said oh sorry.
