Not impressed. The parking lot was full but it was definitely for the restaurant next door. First off, the biggest downside of a restaurant for me is if they don't have a menu item. As we ordered they told us that they didn't have any bread because their oven was broken. This sounds like a management problem to me and at this point I probably should have just gone elsewhere. My daughter had her heart set on it so we proceeded to order. We received our cups to make our drinks at the multi-machine. If you have never seen one, it's a state of the art drink mixing machine that any self respecting restaurant would be proud to own. Clearly they are not proud of their machine. It's June and we are here for lunch.....why would we not want ice in our drinks. I asked the lady and she said she could bring some out if we really wanted it but the drinks would dispense cold. There are no other customers in the store, you should be filling ice and restocking the drink area anyway. This was a very disappointing visit and I probably won't go out of my way to get noodles anymore.

This place is really good! Food is great if you’ve never tried it and location is important for me when dealing with customer service. Cashier Krystal needs praise for her professionalism and service. She makes sure the food and service is 5 star because she’s a 5 star employee!

Surprised they have 3 1/2 stars should have none! This location is disgusting. I keep hoping someone with a brain, like maybe the manager, would hire people that are clean. I usually walk out when I see the same crew that will scratch their head with filthy, greasy hair and then prepare a meal. Last night there was a dark haired man that washed his hands and of course prepared someone else’s meal, I was hoping it was mine. No, I got the red haired man who did not appear to wash his hands and then had the audacity to give me a half order of old chicken and the price jumped to &4.50 and it’s really small to begin with. They are nuts!!! So I went back and complained that the chicken was no more than half an order. They gave me more but their pieces are smaller than other locations. Do not trust them. I went to another earlier in the day and the container was full and the rest of my order was large portions. Watch out for this group!!!

Normally order from Lafayette store and today they were not taking orders, so ordered on app from Orchard. First time I’ve ever had a Noodles order with NO mistakes, remembered all extras and “on the side please”. Perfect. Thanks so much

I’ve been a fan of Noodles & Co for over 20 years. The food is always good. However this particular location’s dining room is disgusting and run down. Only 3 tables were occupied when we went in and every other table was dirty, with food and waste on the floor. Seats were ripped and sticky making it difficult to sit anywhere. I hesitate to think what the kitchen looks like if they can’t take the few minutes required to clean the dining room.

Lots of different pasta options. Good but not great (lots of it seems to be pre-made and industrial ingredients). Family friendly (they have kids meals, and offer drawings and crayons to keep the kids busy)

I was very impressed by this place. Their noodle selection was good. I loved how they had their menu everywhere! I ordered their beef Asian noodle dish and it was delicious! They have one of those beverage dispensers with all the flavors, and they actually had a great variety. They also brought our order to us, putting two different orders on the same number. This will be a go to place when out shopping.

Good meal, but order was missing a cookie, they refunded the cookie and gave me next one free... Fill out the feedback questionnaires they send in email, they do respond!
