Placed a catering order for 11-11:30 pick up. I showed up at 11am (the time they open) and planned on getting my order and lunch. However, the lady behind the register said that they “weren’t open” and whatever they had out was it. I told her that I had a catering order and she said to sit down and wait until it was ready. While waiting, I saw multiple other customers come in and try to order food. They kept saying they “weren’t open” and when the guy asked what time they opened, she said she didn’t know. There is 5 other people sitting/standing around waiting for something to happen. But, everyone just ends up walking around (which is probably what they want.) Not sure why they would open at 11am if they have absolutely nothing ready to go. I now remember why I don’t ever come here.
Update to the story: Around 11:25am, after waiting at a table as I was told to do, I went back up to the front to get some water and low and behold, look what it is. My catering order. Sitting there on the orders shelf. And since I’ve been watching the employees since I arrived, I bet you that my order has been sitting there the entire time and nobody said anything to me. Absolutely do NOT come here. Might as well go to Walmart and get a $5 rotisserie chicken and go back home instead of coming to this location.

For starters this location has terrible customer service! We made an online order that was for delivery and it took two hours to receive it. Please note, it DID NOT have anything to do with the Doordash driver, but rather of the incompetent employees. We specifically waited an extra 20 mins for chicken as they were making fresh chicken, only to have received ham. They also sent the wrong sides and didn’t give us cornbread like we had ordered. If you are planning on ordering online, be sure to pay with a credit card as you’ll likely have to dispute the charge if something goes wrong because they can’t give refunds. The employees have ZERO customer service and are literally brain dead. Even the manager or the owner of this location can’t seem to make it right by their customers! I’d ultimately give them zero stars if I could and I will NEVER order or buy from here again.

Boston Market always had excellent food for an excellent price but I noticed that this location must have had a recent turnover in staff and the last 2 times I’ve been there, the staff is so friendly, courteous, and generous. Tonight they went above and beyond to take care of me in spite of the fact that I visited the restaurant 15 minutes before closing. I hope Boston Market will take good care of these employees. They are a tremendous asset!

WOW!!! First the team - they were all friendly and gave me the welcome as if I was their best friend. I went in to have my food cater for a small group. My request was not normal, but Mason (General Manager) took the time to listen and gave me exactly what I needed. Moreover he and his team, went above and beyond my request. Last the food - The portion was dead on perfect. In fact, we had leftovers. The taste was finger-licking good. Thank you Boston Market for a job well done!!!

We ordered a delivery order and received NO chicken and 3 pieces of noodle in the Chicken Noodle Soup. I called and they said they don’t have time for my “trivial shit” and that they have “other orders to take care of that are more important.” I asked to speak with a manager, and I was told, “my manager says he’s not taking this call right now.” I said I’d wait on hold. These quotes are their direct words and I’m still on hold right now waiting for a manager. Unbelievable. I wish I could give 0 stars but that is not an option. What a waste of our time and money for a business run by incompetent young boys. Don’t shop here, don’t give them your money.

Yummy stuff! Hot, lean and clean. I hadnt been to a Boston Market in a few years. The food was better than i remembered plus they had plenty of works to quickly serve the food. Nice to see people hard at work with good attitudes as well.

Placed curbside order on mother's day and upon arrival was told they ran out of Chicken and it would be 30 minutes or less. 40 minutes later after waiting in the car went inside to find out where our order was. Was told it would be another 10 minutes. Waited in the car for 1 hour so far and still no food. Asked for a refund and was told "we don't give refunds "!!! We are still waiting for our food meanwhile people are waiting to eat. This is so not right. I feel like we are being held prisoner no refunds, no food,

Chicken was EXCELLENT!! So was service & management. Had to deduct one star because of the vegetables. Ordered the “ new special “ chipotle carrots and bacon brussel sprouts at an extra charge and they were too hard and chunky to chew. The manager checked with us & offered many times to replace our vegetables with our choice of sides. He DEFINITELY tried todo what was right

I find it upsetting when an unannounced person walks off with my plate of food before i pay. It doesn't sound like much but I am actually pretty furious with the situation. There i am waiting for change as this person leaves my food unattended at a random table. The hole time I'm having a mini anxiety attack because i don't know if i should follow him, or wait for my change and hope my food stays safe unattended.
I also wouldn't recommend the pulled pork.

Normally this location is ok. But tonight was the worst experience I have had in a while at any restaurant. They were out of half the sides. The manager Lindsay (I think she was, she had the only red shirt) was rude and complaining about everything and was blowing off her staff members when they confronted her about something and throwing her hands up saying "yeah oh well." She kept walking off after someone asked her about something and then the employee just stood there not knowing what to do. You could feel the tension coming off all the other staff member and you could see morale draining out of each employee. She was the most unprofessional and worst manager I have ever seen in a restaurant and I feel bad for the rest of the staff.
