The workers here are rude. Also, the ice cream cake I ordered doesn’t have personal message on it even though it was listed when I ordered it. I absolutely don’t recommend this place. I loooove baskin-robbins but this location is just terrible.

Went to Baskin Robbins to get a treat for my Dad and was told that they don't do strawberry and banana milkshake but weirdly enough everytime before this I have gotten strawberry and banana milkshake hmmm must be lazy workers tonight on father's day.

The older ladies there yesterday sure were rude for no reason. The worst was the owner or manager not in work outfit. Very unhelpful. The young girl was great though.

I've been here twice and each time I go in they are RUDE! Very, very unhelpful. And this last time, they skimped me in one of my ice cream scoops because I guess it was running low...

The ice cream professionals were amazing. They went above and beyond to make our experience a great one! We will definitely be back!

Great customer service on a Saturday night and great variety of delicious flavors. Whole family enjoyed it!
