9am drive threw for breakfast. Ordered 2 number 3 croissant whiches they were served cold. The only warm thing was the halfway cooked eggs. I took it back inside and the manager wasn’t surprised just had her cook remake it. Seemed more involved in her personal conversation with her cashier. These workers clearly don’t care. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Okay I love this location they're always fast friendly 95% of the time they get my food right, but lately every time I go in there forgetting something and being allergic to mustard my Whopper is full of it and I asked for my Whopper to be freaking dry they get four stars but if they listen they get five. Tried calling them phones busy and trying for 10 minutes now come on guys and put up a little bit on the service some of these reviews are embarrassing.

Their isn't alot of good or bad to say about this Burger King. The food is subpar. The crew is polite, well except for one lady. My food is always fresh and good. It's only getting 3 stars for convenience. I work next store and that's all that is in the walking distance.

Grandma just had to have some BK after her doctors appointment. Drove across town to get her some hot lunch.
Per Grandma: always tasty, though the beef was a bit tougher than it should have been. Also the patties were thinner and smaller than we had seen in the past (while the buns were positively huge). The fries were just ok, simply not what we've come to expect from BK.
Four stars as the staff was wearing face masks and were very nice.

Don't go here expecting them to have ice cream or shakes. They don't even have their frozen drinks at the advertised. This is close to my house we stopped here all the time and they've never had them Yep

Update:
Came in this morning to have a ... let's say brunch, and no one was at the counter. The man in front of me and I waited far too long until the manager finally stuck his head around and said we had to use the self-service kiosks or we couldn't order. I decided I'd go somewhere else.
Look, I'm not against technology or automation, but the use of such should be optional not mandatory.

Stopped in here because the app had a decent deal going on and I was hungry. The people (behind the counter) were nice and my food came out quickly (enough) but there were some problems:
[1] My fries were way too salty. So salty, in fact, I had to tap them on the table to shake some salt off. They were nearly crystalized in the stuff like someone was saving them for nuclear winter or something. When I brought the over-saltiness up with one of the employees she merely responded with, "yeah, that happens sometimes."
[2] My Whopper was severely lacking in veggies. One of the reasons I prefer Burger King over McDonald's is that the Whopper comes with lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Or, at least it's supposed to. This Whopper had tomatoes, a token bit of lettuce and sort of like a certain President of ours was missing something decent . The sandwich brought to mind the old ad campaign: where's the beef? Is the Whopper supposed to have pickles? I certainly didn't see/taste any.
[3] Icee fountain broken. :(
[4] Self-service soda fountain broke. Sure they filled my cup behind the counter but I asked for Cherry Coke and can't recall any cherry flavor. It tasted like Coke.
[5] Cleanliness. They seriously need to clean the place. I'm talking about a top to bottom clean where not only the tables and chairs get wiped down but the walls, window sills and everything else. I'm no neat freak but when all the tables are covered in someone else's left overs it's kind of hard to enjoy your vegetable-less Whopper and overly salted fries.

Ladies at the counter are very helpful and very nice... cleanliness in the restaurant is a bit aweful, floors dirty, highchairs look really really dirty and soda machine was nasty. most open tables looked ok.

Trash food and service. Wish I could give a 0.
EDIT: Throwing up currently.. not even 5 minutes after eating half of the sandwich that I did not order.. tried calling the store and nothing.. was looking through the reviews because usually the company will respond. But it looks like even corporate BK is just as trashy.

I never got my change back from this place. I went and talk with the drive thru cashier to inform her that the guy helping in the drive thru did not give me my change.

So, I have to say, I was pretty disappointed today. I went to get some Oreo shakes for my kids. I ordered 4 SMALL oreo shakes for my young children. I was informed that they didn't have small. I was terribly confused by this statement. What could they possibly mean that they "didn't have small"? I was looking right at the drive through menu sign that said sm, med and lg Oreo shakes. So I said,"I don't understand. Do you not have small cups? That's fine. I'll just have the small amount in a med cup. They're for kids, I don't need more than a small." The employee says, "I can put it in a kids cup, it just won't have room for whipped cream." No, I want whipped cream. As I said, they're for kids. Another (male) voice comes on an says, "I'm sorry, we don't carry small shakes anymore. They're transitioning into just one size." Wait...what? I just want 4 small sized Oreo shakes! Why is that so hard?! So I say, "I would like 4 small shakes. I don't mind if they're in med cups. I would like whipped cream on them. They finally say that's fine. I get to the window and find that they have charged me for medium shakes, but filled the cup about 3/4 full. Is this really acceptable?? The sign says they offer small sizes. I order small sizes. They tell me they can only go as small as medium and still under fill the cups. I am totally confused and dissatisfied that I had NO CHOICE but to pay for the medium size, yet they still only gave me the small amount. I am not at all happy with today's encounter with my Burger King. First of all, why on earth would you not have a small size milk shake available? Second, why would you give me the small amount but charge me for the medium amount, simply because you don't have the small size cup?? Does this make sense to anyone? I don't think I'll be patronizing your establishment any further. I feel nothing but confused and robbed by today's encounter. I was informed by the drive through employee that this is clearly the owners way of making more money: backing us into a corner so we have no choice but to purchase the higher priced item. Really?? If I can see it and the drive through employee can see you it...why would we let this happen??! It's pretty gross, I think.
