Last two times we have gone to this store, they have forgotten our cookie. I understand mistakes happen, however, it is the cookie every single time. Some times it is forgotten because the people writing up you order are only listening for keywords and miss that I said cookie and a yogurt not a cook
Food was good and filling. The service was so great. They are just so helpful. Quick to spot someone in need and rather than me getting up and wandering around had it out to my table in no time. Continued the conversation with my family about the great vacation we were headed home from.
Of all the chick fil a’s I’ve been to this one has the worst customer service. The employees genuinely seem unhappy to be working there which makes sense working under their manager and GM. It’s a 50-50 gamble as to whether your order will be correct as well but that issue can be corrected.. their b
The cashier who’s there every morning name chardonnay, over in the drive thru always has a nasty attitude over the speaker. I always ignore it but today she got smart with me, over asking for fresh fries. If you hate your job that bad, don’t work there. Not good customer service.
Service seems that it can be subliminally prejudice.
I ordered dine in & the Guy came with a carry out bag and threw it at my table.
The customer service at the chic fil a def could use some work.

Love the Christian connection. Food great!!! People friendly and helpful. Best sweet tea and ice is perfect for us ice chewers. I eat it like popcorn lol
Phil must get paid in sauce. Every time I go here, and we ask for 2 ketchups, he gives one. He is consistently stingy and it’s become a running joke that Phil won’t give people sauce. Now it’s become a nuisance. Please tell Phil it’s okay to give more than 1 sauce, especially for more than one meal.
